CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly provide a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel the appointment time that was reserved for you. If a 24-hour notice is not given, or if you fail to show up to your appointment, 50% of the scheduled services will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. If I have a credit card on file, it will be used to pay the cancelation fee. If you have given a deposit for your appointment, that deposit is non-refundable. I am fortunate to balance a peaceful work and home life because my clients respect my time and family. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour time frame of my studio's current cancelation policy.
